Green Seasoning is an essential basic ingredient of West Indian cuisine, used as a seasoning in dishes or as a marinade. There is no exact recipe for green seasoning.

Instructions
Peel the garlic. Wash the herbs and chilli.
Put the herbs, garlic and chilli in a stand mixer or food processor. Add a little water so that the blender can puree everything easily. Puree the mixture as finely as possible.
Pour into a preserving jar. The sauce will keep for 1-2 weeks in the fridge and more than 3 months in the freezer, as long as you seal it airtight.
