Warm Winter Muesli
Eating cold muesli in winter can sometimes be bleak. To fortify myself with something warm in the morning, I often resort to warm muesli.

lemon

vegan yogurt

date syrup

Instructions
Put the oat flakes, sultanas, goji berries and flax seeds in a bowl.
Cut the Brazil Nut into fine slices and add them as well. Mix everything together briefly.
Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the mixture.
Bring the water to a boil. Meanwhile, wash the apple, cut it into small pieces and add it to the muesli.
When the water boils, pour it over the muesli until the oats are covered. Leave to soak for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add the yogurt and mix in well.
Decorate with date syrup to taste.
