Celery Soup
This simple, delicious and warming soup recipe is a staple of seasonal winter cooking. Celery can be combined with various other winter vegetables or fruits, each of which gives the dish its own flavour.

or vegan cream.
Instructions
Peel and roughly chop the celery and place in a pot. Fill the pot with water until the celery is covered.
Bring to the boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the miso paste.
In the meantime, peel the ginger.
When the 20 minutes are up and the celery is soft, you can add the ginger and puree the soup with a hand blender.
Season with turmeric and pepper and optionally add the coconut milk.
Serve warm.
Notes
Instead of ginger, you can also combine the celery soup with 1 apple, potatoes, parsnips or turnips.
