Instructions
Wash the vegetables and peel the onion.
Dice the onion, peppers, potato and carrot.
Steam fry the onion in a pot until it is translucent. Add the peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the carrot and potato and fry for another 5 minutes. Add water if necessary.
Add the lentils pepper, paprika powder and bay leaf.
Add the water, dissolve the miso paste in it and cook on medium heat (approx. 20 min) until the lentils are soft. Add more water if necessary.
Meanwhile, dice the tofu, fry in a little oil and add ten minutes before the end.
