Instructions
The night before, dice the tofu and marinate with olive oil, soy sauce, cassava syrup and Green Seasoning.
the next day, wash or peel the cabbage, carrots, peppers and shallots, cut into strips and set aside.
In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Drain the noodles, rinse with cold water and place in a bowl.
Season with sesame oil, black pepper, Five Spices powder, garlic powder and salt, mix and set aside. set aside.
Fry the tofu in a pan for 8-10 minutes with a little oil over a low heat. over a low heat until most of the liquid is gone. liquid is gone. Set aside.
heat the soy sauce, sesame oil, water and ginger in a wok. Add the cabbage, carrots and peppers and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
then add the noodles, tofu, sprouts and shallots, fold in carefully and serve.
