What to see in Santa Fe

This city reminded me a bit of European cities, because it has a long pedestrian street with nice shops. On one end you get to the

Plaza 25 de Mayo (which was under construction when I was there) with all the historical buildings. Nearby one block away there is a vegan or vegetarian restaurant (sorry, I can’t remember) called Paprika. I didn’t put it on Happy Cow, because I catched something similar to salmonella (must have been the palmitos, because I made similar experience another time eating palmitos). But the place is nice and the staff friendly.

In the northern part of the center you can find the Molino Fabrica Cultural. Check the opening times on the net, lp is not correct.
