Colon cancer education

Today I was surprised to find a big colon on the main square. Of course I had to go and see, what is happening.

I got a piece of paper with information and a young woman was glad to tell me enthusiastically what their work is. It turned out to be a publicity campaign for colonoscopy. In his book how not to die Dr. Micheal Greger lists the pros and cons.

Walk through colon with polyps.

Therefore I was not infected by the enthusiasm of the woman, but rather sad, that even in Bolivia, they seem to have problems with modern diseases, due to the high consume of unhealthy food (can one call it even food?). As I said before the high consume of meat is something imported from abroad, as traditionally Bolivia was rather plant based. This made me a bit melancholic and I pity the many unaware people.
