What to see in Puerto San Julian

Puerto San Julian has not that much to offer as Puerto Deseado, but it has its own charm.

You can see sea lions if you follow the Camino Costanera for about seven km north. Or you can visit one of the seldom salt waterfalls when the tide is low. Just follow the 9 Julio southwards. There is also a replica of the ship of Magellan to visit at the museo tematico Nao Victoria.

The best place to eat a lentils burger is the Bar al Carajo at the corner of mitre and 9 Julio. It does not come vegan, but I’m sure if you ask they can make you a vegan version.

Accommodation is expensive in Puerto San Julian, that’s why I did couchsurfing there.
